How much are custom cookies?
Great question.
Regular Size Cookies: Start at $75 per dozen and price increases with design complexity (ex. metallics, florals, custom artwork)
Logos: Start at $85 per dozen
Mini Cookies (2"): $36 per dozen
Do you have an order minimum?
Yes!
One dozen minimum for regular size cookies
Two dozen minimum for mini cookies
Do you make character themed cookies?
No. Because of legal liabilities, I do not make character cookies nor am I able to make themes that include trademarked elements.
Is a deposit required?
For orders less than 4 dozen, payment must be made in full at the time of booking in order to secure your order.
For orders of 4 dozen or more, a 50% deposit is required to book with the remaining 50% due 48 hours prior to pickup.
NOTE: Orders are NOT scheduled without payment/deposit.
Are the cookies packaged?
All cookies are individually heat sealed and boxed by the dozen. Need gift sets packaged in boxes or custom tags made? No problem! Let me know and I can provide a custom packaging quote!
Do you deliver?
Unfortunately, no. I am a one woman show and I usually have multiple orders going out per day. All orders are porch pickup only!
How soon do I need to book?
My schedule fills 8-10 weeks in advance. The earlier you inquire about your order the greater the chance of availability!
I want to order cookies, but I'm not sure what information to send your way. Any advice?
This happens a lot more often than you would think! When you submit an order inquiry or send an email, include the following:
Pick-Up Date Requested (not your event date! I schedule everything based on customer pickups!)
General Theme (i.e. Fiesta 1st Birthday, Garden Themed Baby Shower, Rustic Wedding)
Quantity of Cookies Needed

I found inspiration pictures of cookies online. Can you replicate these cookies?
Inspiration/reference pictures are great for establishing a general aesthetic or look for your event!
While I cannot replicate another cookier's design, I am confident that I can create a set that fits with your theme, decor, or color scheme! All of the work you see on this site and across my social media accounts is the end result of clients providing initial information and then allowing for creative freedom!
Something came up and I need to change themes/change quantities/cancel, etc.
What are my options?
Changing themes/quantities:
It happens - RSVP lists grow, event planning shifts, or maybe you have a toddler who loves sea creatures one week and the next is obsessed with airplanes. I've been there! Because of the custom nature of cookies, all changes to orders (quantities, themes, colors, etc.) must be submitted no later than two (2) weeks prior to your pickup date. This ensures enough time for me to switch gears and modify designs and scheduling. If quantity changes affect pricing, adjustments to the invoice must be paid in full on the date issued.
Refunds/Cancellations:
Order refunds are only applicable to cancelled events per the conditions below.
Orders cancelled two weeks or more prior to the scheduled pickup date are eligible for full refund.
Orders cancelled less than two weeks prior to the event date, but more than 4 days in advance, are eligible for a 50% refund. At this point, custom supplies and materials have already been ordered for the specific theme and custom art/designs have been created; as such, a full refund cannot be issued.
Orders cancelled within 4 days or less from the event date are not eligible for refund.
If something comes up and you have to cancel your original event but would like to reschedule for a different date, just let me know! I am more than happy to check my calendar for availability and transfer the invoice/payment to your new event date.
How long will the cookies stay fresh?
Because all of the cookies are individually heat sealed, they stay fresh for two weeks!
Food allergies are a concern. What are the ingredients in the cookies?
My traditional sugar cookies are vanilla based and are not made in an allergen free kitchen.
